Safety & 5R Training
This is a basic training given to our employees to ensure their safety at work. This training covers a variety topics, such as electrical safety, machine safety, chemical safety and general safety. This is very important for employees because it can help them avoid injuries and accidents at work.
Quality Control
Quality control is a process to ensure that the products produced are meet a predetermined of quality standards. To meet quality standards of the products, we always provide lessons to our team, starting from materials check, work process and product delivery.
On The Job Training
We provide directly training to our team in actual workplace to improve their skills, productivity and employee engagement in the long term. This training also covers a variety topics, such as Job instruction, Troubleshooting, Product handling, Quality process with coaching and mentoring methods.
